A new feedback section has been added to bricks on the Brick Exchange. Customers now have the option to provide more targeted feedback, along with the general feedback already available. Feedback can be provided on ScholarRx bricks and 3rd-party bricks.
Note: Feedback is being captured; however, it is currently not being sent to authors. The delivery of feedback to authors is still in discovery and will be released & announced in a subsequent release.
When the ‘thumbs up’ icon on a brick is clicked, the following options display. There is also an optional ‘Add more feedback’ section that provides a free-form text field to add additional context, if desired.
When the ‘thumbs down’ icon on a brick is clicked, the following options display. The same ‘Add more feedback’ free-form text field is provided to add additional, optional context, if desired.
Confirmation emails are sent when brick feedback is shared so customers know that their feedback has been received.
The following table describes the four different confirmation emails and what feedback event initiates them.
StudentSubmittedFeedback
This email is sent to a student who submits feedback on a ScholarRx-authored brick.
StudentSubmittedFeedbackToFaculty

FacultySubmittedFeedback

FacultySubmittedFeedbackToFaculty

Institutional Onboarding has been enhanced to support a non-SSO (single sign-on) workflow. When an onboarding link is created for a non-SSO customer, an option to create a new account, or login with an existing account, is displayed. The two options are only enabled after checking the ‘Accept’ checkbox for the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The following section describes the ‘create account’ option workflow.
When the ‘Create Account’ option is clicked, the following page displays.
To complete registration, complete the following fields & perform the following steps:
Password
Confirm Password
When an invalid email is entered into the Email field, the following error message is displayed. “Email must be associated with the Institution to proceed”.
When a valid email address is entered, the following page is displayed instead.
Navigate to your email account used during registration and click the link to confirm your email. Email example below for reference.
After clicking to confirm, the following email confirmation form is displayed.
Complete the form and click the ‘Confirm’ button.
Note: All fields are required before submitting the form.
After the email confirmation form is submitted, the ‘Institutional Agreement’ page is displayed.
By clicking on the ‘Accept’ button, the customer is accepting the terms listed in the onboarding agreement. This is especially important to note because when a customer has an existing, non-institutional account, and they are utilizing the same email for their institutional account, the account will now be owned and managed by the institution.
After clicking the ‘Accept’ button, the user is redirected to the student dashboard, when registering as a student, or to the faculty dashboard, when registering as a faculty member.
When a customer has an existing, non-institutional account and they choose to use the same email to onboard with their institution, they have the option to login using their existing email address.
After successfully logging in, the ‘Institutional Onboarding Agreement’ page is displayed.
Click the ‘Accept’ button to agree to the onboarding agreement.
To support the updates made to the Institutional Onboarding process, we have removed several fields on the email confirmation form. This form is leveraged to confirm emails for institutional and non-institutional accounts. The following fields were removed; however, customers still have the ability to enter values into these fields when accessed on their ‘Settings’ page on the USMLE-Rx application.
