Release notes were designed to give an overview of new, enhanced, & fixed items released to our customers. This release includes the following pipelines.
Enhancements are improvements made to the ScholarRx product suite to improve customer experience.
Previously, the beta toggle had to be enabled in all applications where beta features existed. Now, when the beta toggle is enabled in one application, it applies to all applications. For example, when the beta toggle is enabled in the Bricks Create application, it will also be enabled in the Faculty Portal application. This enhanced functionality streamlines the beta experience across all ScholarRx applications.
The ‘Manage Groups’ page has been enhanced to include the following updates. These updates aim to streamline group management processes and enhance usability across platforms, enabling cohort managers to navigate tools more efficiently. By integrating functionalities such as Excel export and interface improvements, ScholarRx continues to prioritize adaptability and user convenience.
Customers can download all user groups to Microsoft Excel to see who has onboarded into them.
To distinguish between user and onboarding groups, a link has been added to the ‘Manage Groups’ page so that a user with the ‘cohort manager’ role can easily jump to the ‘Manage Onboarding’ page to manage onboarding groups.
When you click this link, but you are not a cohort manager for any onboarding groups, the page will display the following message.
When you are a ‘cohort manager’ but you aren’t assigned as a ‘cohort manager’ to any groups, the following page is displayed.
The ‘Manage Groups’ page has been removed from the beta program and incorporated into the application for all users. The beta toggle is no longer required to be enabled before customers who have the ‘Faculty’ role will see the ‘Manage Groups’ menu option.
