Release notes were designed to give an overview of new, enhanced, & fixed items released to our customers.
New items represent new features/functionality that have been added to ScholarRx applications.
To keep your account safer, we have a new feature that temporarily locks your account if there are too many unsuccessful login attempts. This helps protect your personal information from unauthorized access. After ten failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 6 minutes after which time you can either:
Login in using the correct password
Reset your password
Implementing a feedback mechanism in the Bricks with TAI process is essential for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Capturing your feedback allows ScholarRx to gather valuable insights helping to identify areas for enhancement and innovation. By actively listening to feedback, we can make informed decisions to improve our products and services.
There are two methods to provide feedback during the Bricks with TAI process.
By submitting feedback directly after proceeding to the editor to make final modifications
By clicking on the feedback icon at any time during the Brick creation process.
After creating a brick using TAI and clicking the ‘Proceed to Editor’ button, a modal will open displaying thumbs up & thumbs down icons. Clicking either of these options will expand the feedback modal and provide a method to select predefined responses as well as an option to include additional feedback.
A feedback icon is displayed at the bottom of each stage of the authoring process. Click the orange feedback icon to submit feedback on the specific stage.
Enter your feedback and click the ‘Send Feedback’ button.
In this release, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to search for questions by their unique question ID. This enhancement is designed to streamline the process of creating targeted assignments, making it easier and more efficient to locate specific questions quickly. This feature is part of our ongoing commitment to improve our faculty users’ experience and optimize workflow efficiency.
To create a test for specific question IDs, perform the following steps.
From the ‘Manage Assignments’ page, click the ‘Create Assignment’ button.
In the description field, enter the desired question IDs, separated by commas, then click the continue (arrow) icon.
When the question IDs are valid, the questions are returned in the results.
Previously, when using the ‘embed image’ feature (illustration below for reference) on a brick that includes an image carrousel, the images in the carrousel failed to display when clicked and you could not scroll through the images to select one. This issue has been fixed.
Previously, when a user registered for a trial using the faculty flow, subsequent logins always redirected to the Bricks Create application. This issue has been updated so that the user is redirected to the application for which they are logging in without being rerouted to the Bricks Create application first.
