Release notes were designed to give an overview of new, enhanced, & fixed items released to our customers.

Enhancements

Allow Unauthenticated Viewing of Draft Bricks

An unauthenticated user can now view draft bricks within the Exchange in preview mode. The following rules apply.

• Premium bricks. The user will only be able to see a preview of the brick.

• Free bricks. The user will be able to view the brick in its entirety.

Brick Exchange - Lists

The following enhancements have been made to Lists.

‘Share List with my Organization’ Option Added

When a user has the ‘Brick Institutional Admin’ role, an extra checkbox is displayed when creating or editing lists so the list can be shared with the list creator’s organization.

‘Lists’ Page – Search & Filter Options Added

When a user has at least one list shared with their organization, a filter and search field are displayed on the lists page, and a ‘shared’ indicator is displayed next to the list name.

You can search for a specific list, or filter by:

• All Lists. This option displays all lists (created by you or shared with your organization) in a summary view.

• My Lists. This option only displays lists you have created.

• Shared Lists. This option only displays lists shared with your organization.
