‘Manage Onboarding’ Page Updates

The Manage Onboarding page has been enhanced to provide a more efficient way for ‘Cohort Managers’ to manage onboarding groups.

Faculty-Assigned Tests - Close Assignment Update

Previously, faculty-assigned tests that didn’t include an end date could not be closed until all students who were assigned the test completed it. Tests that did include an end date could not be closed until either the end date/time was reached or all students who were assigned the test completed it. Over time, this cluttered the ‘published’ test tab and made navigation cumbersome, particularly for those managing dozens of tests each term.

Now, published tests can be closed manually at any time, regardless of the due date/time.

Should an instructor close a test before the due date/time, the following message is displayed.

Warning: Manually closing a test before the due date will prevent students from completing it, and unanswered questions will be counted as incorrect.
